ANOKA, Minn. (Sept. 26, 2013) – Starting this week, Northstar riders began trying out a new amenity as they rode the train to and from downtown Minneapolis. One car on each train will now be equipped with free wi-fi. The cars with wi-fi will be clearly marked with decals near the train doors.
On most trains the free service will be available in the cab car, located furthest away from the locomotive. This amenity has been long awaited by passengers, and is a welcome addition on the Northstar line.
