“On Tap” is a new show focusing on the craft beer industry – those who make it, those who sell it, and those who drink it.
On the first episode we meet the crew from Big Wood, and hear how a terrible construction market turned into a great brewery. And, we’ll chat with Sierra Nevada at Northgate Wine and Spirits and learn about ways to make brewing more sustainable. Finally, the team at the Roadside share with us why having a great craft beer menu makes their restaurant stand out.
