SPRING LAKE PARK, Minn. – (Feb. 4, 2016) – The Anoka County Highway Department is considering making some changes to Osborne Road in Spring Lake Park and Fridley.
They are analyzing the segment of road between Central and University Avenues, and considering potential improvements, including turning it into a 3-lane road that would have one driving lane in each direction as well as a continuous turn lane. They are also considering the possibility of roundabouts.
You can learn more about the potential improvements and share your thoughts with highway engineers at an upcoming open house. Woodcrest Elementary School will host the open house on February 9 from 7-9 PM. A short presentation will take place at 7:30.
