BLAINE, Minn., — (Dec. 12, 2013) — Thousands of dollars of damage was caused by an Otsego man after he allegedly rammed two police cars that were attempting to stop his SUV after a hit-and-run last week in Blaine.
Joshua Brett Butler, is being charged with criminal vehicular operation and first-degree criminal damage to property. The incident occurred on Friday after he failed to stop after allegedly hitting a woman’s car on Highway 10.
The blood-alcohol content of the passenger who was with Butler was 0.16, and that passenger told police Butler had drank about the same amount. Butler’ bail was set at $50,000.
