BLAINE, Minn. – (July 7, 2016) – Blaine Police Department looking for help in identifying a dog that was involved in a serious biting incident on July 5th at 11:30 AM. The incident took place near 114th and 5th Place in the Park of the Four Seasons. It involved a dog described as a “tan medium-sized dog with smooth-hair and no collar.”
The police say that this description may seem vague, but they are hoping that someone saw the dog and knows where it lives.
