BLAINE, Minn. — The construction project on County Road 14 accomplished a milestone this week by completing the south side of the new roadway between Jefferson and Polk. The completion means that the construction work will be moving to the north side of the roadway, but access will remain open to schools and businesses during the next phase of construction. “Access will remain to Johnsville Elementary School” said Anoka County Construction Manager Charles Cadenhead.
The entire construction project stretching from just west of Highway 65 in Blaine to just east of Hanson Boulevard in Coon Rapids is still on track to be finished by August 2nd.
