ANDOVER, Minn. – (March 2, 2017) – Prom season will soon be hear and Anoka County 4-H wants everyone who desires to go to prom to be able to afford what can be an expensive event. A sale of gently-used or new prom/formal dresses and accessories will be held on Friday, March 17 from 4-9 p.m. and March 18 from 9-2 p.m. at Bunker Hills Activities Center, in Andover. Over a thousand garments in varying designs and colors, in all sizes, will be sold for $30 and under. Many of the dresses are new and have never been worn.
All proceeds of the sale will support Anoka County 4-H Youth Leadership programs, scholarships, and community service projects. If you are interested in donating a dress, they will be accepted at the Anoka County 4-H Office during office hours at the Bunker Hills Activity Center.
