FRIDLEY, Minn. – The Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health and Well-Being is getting ready to hold the kickoff for their sixth annual Roof Raiser fundraiser. The event will feature local dignitaries working to raise funds and awareness for the mental health needs in the community.
Each fundraising team will be working towards a goal of $5,000 and some teams have agreed to spend the night out on a roof if they don’t meet their fundraising goal by the end of October.
The kick off celebration will be held at Bob’s Produce Ranch in Fridley from 3-7 p.m. on Sept. 20.
