BLAINE, Minn.- (Aug. 18, 2016) – Road improvement are again coming to University Avenue in Blaine. Just months after finishing the road north of 109th Avenue, crews are back out working on the area between 105th and 109th. Traffic is limited to a single lane in each direction, with curb removal is happening.
Road crew are also busy on 125th Avenue, near Radisson Road in Blaine, as they work on turning that section of road into a four lane divided highway. That work should wrap up later this fall.
