(LINO LAKES) – There’s a new boss inside Lino Lakes City Hall.
City Council on Monday appointed Sarah Cotton, formerly the city’s finance director, as the new city administrator, effective immediately. Cotton replaces the now retired Jeff Karlson.
“This is really exciting,” said Mayor Rob Rafferty at the meeting. “I’ve worked alongside Sarah for many years now, and I know she’s going to be an excellent individual in this position.”
Cotton has worked for the city for nearly five years.
