BLAINE – (Sept. 22, 2022) – The Anoka-Hennepin School District released its proposed boundary changes for schools in the Blaine area this week at a community meeting. The potential changes would begin next school year, and the primary change is that the attendance boundaries for Sunrise Elementary school shrink significantly. Because of that, the boundaries for McKinley, Johnsville, and Jefferson are all proposed to grow.
Maps of the current and proposed boundaries are available on the district’s website.
