HAM LAKE, Minn. – (March16, 2017) – As a part of Ham Lake’s annual Snowbowl, they put a large metal sculpture on the ice, and attendees can place a guess as to when it will fall through the ice. With the warmer weather, the sculpture fell through on March 5.
However, the Snowbowl committee has been unable to find the person with the closest guess. Lily Becker guessed the correct day, and her guess was only 15 minutes off from the actual ice breakthrough. But, the contest organizers can’t read her phone number on her entry form.
They are still hoping to find her to be able to give her the $500 prize. If you know Lily, the Snowbowl Committee asks her to call the Ham Lake Chamber of Commerce, or a member of their committee.
