SPRING LAKE PARK – (May 18, 2023) – The City of Spring Lake Park is making plans to renovate city hall. It was first built in 1977, and does not meet the current needs of the city. Some of the current problems include, an old and inefficient hvac system, a lack A-D-A accessibility, and inadequate restrooms facilities.
The estimate to renovate city hall is about half the price of new construction. The city plans on going out for bids this fall with construction starting as soon as February. If you’d like to learn more about the renovation plans, you can go to Spring Lake Park’s website.
