BLAINE, Minn. – (June 7, 2018) – Election filing has wrapped up for city, county and state races that were eligible for a primary election. The filing period was hectic this year, with many people filing near the deadline. The primary election will be held on August 14. Early voting begins in person or by mail on June 29. Races without a potential primary election open for filing on July 31. The followed people are running for office.
