Before the PGA Tour made its annual stop in the Twin Cities, Caleb VanArragon already had an impressive resume. VanArragon won the Minnesota State Open, the state amateur championship and currently golfs for Valparaiso University in Indiana. But things got even better for the ex-Blaine Bengal golfer, when he was invited to play in the 3M Open.

PILOT SURVIVES PLANE CRASH IN LINO LAKES POND
Saturday July 8th was an extremely rare day for aviation in the North Metro area as there were two mishaps that happened approximately 10 miles apart . A few hours after a plane made an unscheduled landing on a Blaine road, another small aircraft splashed down into a Lino Lakes pond.
