Sole proprietorships account for about three fourths of all the businesses in the country. A Blaine woman saw the opportunity for some of these small businesses to work together by sharing expenses and overhead, while also allowing these businesses to get their products in front of more people.
FREE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS AVAILABLE IN BLAINE
In Minneapolis and Saint Paul, there were more than 3,500 thefts of Kias and Hyundais in 2022. That’s up from just about 400 total thefts of the same cars in 2020. Specifically, thieves are targeting models from 2011 to 2021 that use a physical key. Now, the Blaine Police Department has to new tool to hopefully keep more cars where they belong.

A total of 13 people recently won a special award presented annually by the Anoka-Hennepin school district. One of the winners is from a school located in the North Metro.

Anoka-Ramsey Community College president Kent Hanson has been on the job for almost 10 years. In that span of time he’s accomplished a lot and hopes to do even more in the future as he guides the school through the post-pandemic phase.
