As part of a city council workshop on March 7, council members got to ask questions about plans that show a re-developed Northtown Mall surrounded by more green spaces, more road and pedestrian thoroughfares–especially north-south and making it easier to get north of the area on University Avenue–and more multi-family housing.

Anoka County Attorney Tony Palumbo announced that he will not seek re-election to the Office of Anoka County Attorney and, after 45 years in the office, will retire at the end of 2022.
