Starting in 2008, Farmington became the first city in Minnesota to be declared a Yellow Ribbon City by the Governor. The process takes about a year of organizing and planning ways that the city and groups of volunteers can come together to help members of our Armed Services and their families. Lino Lakes has just joined the team of Yellow Ribbon Cities.
