Last November, Centennial Sports Arena learned that they were awarded an $82,500 grant to improve the air quality in the arena. They will make the improvements by buying a new electric ice resurfacer that will replace their old propane model. But, now, they are beginning the work for finding an additional $82,000, because the grant only covered half the cost.
