BLAINE, Minn. (August 15, 2013) — Anoka County SWAT officers recovered several pounds of illegal narcotics, guns, and large amounts of cash from a Blaine trailer home last week. Jeremy Bisceglia, 48, and Jordon Cihak, 22, were arrested and charged with first degree controlled substance crimes at the scene.
Inside the home, officers seized more than three pounds of methamphetamines, six grams of marijuana, six guns, and $134,534 in cash. Biscelgia has several past convictions including driving after his license was revoked, violating a restraining order, and theft. Cihak has been convicted of driving without proof of insurance.
