BLAINE, Minn. – (Feb. 5, 2015) – Blaine residents might soon be receiving a survey regarding the potential building of a community center.
A community center has been long talked about in Blaine and has previously appeared on the general election ballot. A task force is again looking to determine if now is the right time to build this type of amenity in the city.
350 surveys will be mailed to a cross section of the community. The survey will be conducted by a third party agency. It is possible that a community center referendum could go before Blaine voters in 2016.
