All of the major school districts serving our part of Anoka County will switch totally to distance learning models by the end of the month because of steadily rising COVID-19 infection rates.

The number of contraband items that the Anoka County detention deputies have confiscated has continued to increase
year after year.

Anoka County directed a small portion of its nearly $43 million in federal CARES Act COVID relief money to organizations like The Salvation Army and Anoka County Community Action Program to help those who have fallen behind with rent or mortgage payments.
